Smooth out textured polishes after your application! Smooth Operator is a plush pre-top coat product.

It helps smooth out texture left by glitters, flakies, etc. After applying and let set (it dries fairly quick!) finish off with your favorite top coat. We recommend "rich bitch", our gel-like top coat for extra plushy-ness.
